Allergies are Here!

It’s the turning of the tides, the whisping on the tail of the wind.
What to do when we can’t stop the ACHOOOS!


Here are a few potent & therapeutic kick butt tips:


Avoid Sugar
: Feed your cells something very healthy FIRST thing in the morning.

Go to your local Farmers Market and look for:

Bee Pollen: fresh and local (natural anti-histamine and has vitamins and minerals that help your system to relax).

Eat Onions: Onions are naturally rich in quercetin. Can anyone say yummy homemade soup?

You can also Juice Parsley or simply eat the curly haired wonder. Parsley has natural anti-histamine.

Stinging Nettles
: There is a great and potent tea called “Nettles” by Traditional Medicinals. Drink throughout the day hot or cold. Make a big batch and save for no more than three days. The below products also have nettles -

To dry up the gooey goo running away from your nose these products are potent and fast acting:

** Gaia's: Aller-Leaf
- This awesome blend has stinging needles and will quick invading microbes butt and get you feeling better FAST!

** Herb Pharm:Eyebright and Nettle Compound Liquid - this is perfect for the purse or pocket and helps to dry up all the mucous.

– cold pressed! This is naturally rich in caprylic acid and it makes a wonderful moisturizer. Begin cooking with and slathering with – for a little bit of love and a wonderful scent add your favorite organic essential oil with each application. This helps to kill down the yeast that has developed.

** Aloe Life – Start your morning with Aloe Gold. One shot first thing upon arising and your body can begin to repair itself. This particular aloe is cold pressed and NOT MANY are – that’s what makes this one superior. This is needed for long term healing and in India is considered a cure all well…to cure all!

Have a wonderful rest of your summer and remember preventative care will happen with the aloe life and the coconut oil, as well as keeping your quercetin levels up by eating onions!     So nice to see your note! we are well here in South Georgia which, at some times, can feel like the other side of the moon. Weather aside, people in the South are more friendly that Southern California. I just bought a house and am remodeling it (stay tuned for photos I swear) and still have a heart for dogs. Need to find my Beau a great home but until then, he stays with me. Lost my sweet old girl, Paws, a couple months ago. I miss her but am grateful for 14 1/2 years with my Labbie.
